What does 'express freetime service' mean, and how does it work?

We offer parents much more than an alternative to traditional supervision for your children. We also offer an express service that grants you a little extra freetime to make more out of your busy days. 

 

Our service is express because we supervise children for a minimum of two hours and a maximum of four hours daily. This structure allows us to efficiently and safely supervise your children while keeping our services affordable to all. 

Do you accept walk-ins?

We accept walk-ins Monday-Friday from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM and all day on Saturday and Sunday, but we cannot guarantee that spots will be open. We recommend making a reservation no later than 4 hours in advance.  

What happens if I pick up my child late?
  • There is a 15 minute grace period for late pickups for 2 to 3-hour visits only. After 15 minutes, a $15.00 late fee will apply for every additional 15 minutes, not to exceed 30 minutes, which will be deducted from your deposit. 
        

  • If you are more than 30 mins late, you will be charged for an additional hour at our premium rate of $28.50 which will be deducted from your deposit.
     

  • If you are late for pick up and extend past our 4-hour daily maximum, there is no grace period and you will be charged for an additional hour at double our standard hourly rate of $38.00 which will be deducted from your deposit.

How do I enroll my child?

To enroll your child, you must bring a form of identification. (drivers license or government-issued I.D.). You must also complete a check-in form, Emergency Contact Form, and a waiver. In addition, you must pay our Standard fees plus a deposit for each visit. 

What are your enrollment requirements for children?

Children must be aged  2-12, must be potty trained, and must be fed before arriving at our facility as we do not supply meals. We must be made aware of all of your child’s disabilities, allergies, or other relevant health conditions. Children must also be up to date on all medical exams and vaccines.
