RULES 

1. Only Socks 

Children are required to wear socks at all times. No shoes or bare feet allowed. If you forget your socks, we have socks you can purchase.    

 

2. Food & Drinks 

No outside drinks. Drinks are provided by Play Me Out. Only small snacks are allowed and are available for purchase.

 

3. Sharp Objects 

Jewelry, keys, rings, or any other sharp objects are NOT allowed. Please check your children and their belongings to make sure there are no sharp objects. Remember we don’t want anything getting caught, damaged or broken. Any damages will be required to be compensated.

 

4. Damages

Please understand Play Me Out is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or forgotten items. Items left longer than 14 days and are not claimed will be donated or thrown away.  

 

5. Listen to the Staff and Following Directions

Staff will be walking around and present at all times to make sure everyone is playing safely. 

6. Manners and Courtesy 

No pushing, rough play, fighting, or foul language allowed. Breaking this rule can lead to your child being removed from the play area and a parent/guardian will be contacted for immediate pickup.

 

7. Waivers are Required 

Waivers must be signed by a parent or a guardian. No individual will be allowed to enter if the waivers are not completed.

 

8. Refunds

No refunds will be issued if asked to leave for not following our rules.  

 

9. Have Fun

Be social, make friends and enjoy playtime!

CHECK-INS

  • Check-ins are granted every 30 minutes.

 

  • Check-in Form completed in its entirety is required. 

 

  • Emergency Contact Form is required.  

 

  • All parents or guardians must sign a waiver before entry into our facility.
     

  • Standard fees plus a deposit for each visit is due upon check-in. 
     

  • You must bring a form of identification. (drivers license or government-issued I.D.)

 

Deposits

  • 2 to 3 hours visits require a deposit of $28.50.

  • 4 hour visits require a deposit of $38.00.

  • Deposits are made in addition to the standard rate.

  • Deposits are returned at pick up if prearranged arrival time is kept.

CHECK-OUT

  • You must bring a form of identification. (drivers license or government-issued I.D.) 
     

  • Any additional fees must be paid prior to pick-up.
     

  • If no additional fees apply, remaining amounts of deposits will be refunded.  

LATE ARRIVAL/ PICK UP POLICY

  • Please advise Play Me Out immediately if you will be arriving later than the prearranged time to pick up your child.
     

  • It is the parents’ responsibility to ensure that children are picked up no later than 15 minutes past the pre-arranged pick up time.  
     

  • Please notify the Play Me Out if an unauthorized person will be picking up your child.   
     

  • A verbal or written permission must be received before we will release a child to anyone who is not authorized on the check-in form.   
     

  • In the event that a parent cannot be contacted, it is the policy of Play Me Out to call an emergency contact.  
     

  • It is the policy of Play Me Out to contact the local authorities in the event that neither a parent or emergency contact can be reached.
     

  • There is a 15 minute grace period for late pickups for 2 to 3-hour visits only. After 15 minutes, a $15.00 late fee will apply for every additional 15 minutes not to exceed 30 minutes which will be deducted from your deposit.              

  • If you are more than 30 mins late with a 2 to 3-hour visit, you will be charged for an additional hour at our premium rate of $28.50 which will be deducted from your deposit.                                                                        

  • If you are late for pick up and extend past our 4-hour daily maximum, there is no grace period and you will be charged for an additional hour at double our standard hourly rate of $38.00 which will be deducted from your deposit.

ILLNESS/SICKNESS

  • Parents agree that a child who is ill (eg. fever, infection, viral disease, or any other type of illness that may be passed on to others) will be sent home to protect the well-being of the other children in our center.                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Parents further agree should a child become ill while at Play Me Out that immediate arrangements will be made to remove the child from the center. Children will not be allowed to return to the center until they have been symptom-free for at least 24 hours.                                                     

  • Play me Out has the right to decide when a child is ill and will not be allowed in the center or when an ill child must be discharged from the center in order to prevent the spread of infection or illness to other children.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

  • Play Me Out  does not administer medication to children suffering from allergies, asthma, etc. If a child requires medication, Play Me Out will make arrangements with the parents to come to a center to provide the child with the medication.                                                                                                                                  

  • Please respect our illness policy while our objective is to provide a safe and healthy environment for each child under our care.
